One study looked at the effectiveness of long-term green tea supplementation in obese or overweight postmenopausal women. It was found that tea extract from which caffeine was removed had no effect on reducing weight or  bone mineral density. But green tea menu extract can affect the reduction of fat in the hips and thighs in women.

Another experiment had menopausal women who were obese and overweight consume decaf tea. Decaf green tea extract was found not to be associated with weight loss, body mass index, or waist circumference. There were no significant differences in changes in the experimental group and the control group taking placebo. Meanwhile, in general extract form may help reduce insulin concentrations. That may be associated with lower blood sugar and body weight UFABET  

But from analysis of related research in many case studies. It was found that green tea may have very little effect on weight control and has no significant medical implications whatsoever. And at present there is still no scientific evidence from any experimental work. That clearly supports its effectiveness in this area. Therefore, there should be further research into its effectiveness in this area in the future.

Research into the use of topical green tea extract may have anti-aging effects on the skin. As a result, the antioxidant activity may have properties that help fight the appearance of wrinkles.

However, this research still lacks reliable scientific evidence to support this conclusion. Therefore, research should be conducted to find clear proof in this area in the future as well.
